The Council of Cultural and Educational Organizations of Russian Compatriots in Canada (SCOORSK) expresses its solidarity and deepest condolences to the Government of the Russian Federation, the entire people of Russia, and the families and friends of those killed and injured in the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk near Moscow.

This terrible tragedy and monstrous, unjustified crime causes indignation and disgust towards its organizers and perpetrators.
